Our suites can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people, whether they’re playing or not. This allows guests plenty of room to engage and interact within the suite comfortably. The hourly charge is based on suite, not by person.
To fully experience the PinSeekers entertainment, we recommend you book a minimum 2 hour event.
You can book up to 30 days in advance, giving you plenty of time to reserve and plan for your visit.
We ensure you are booked in with the amount of time you have reserved. We do our best to accommodate longer stays when requested, but we cannot always guarantee this. We do require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your reservation.
Yes, minors are welcomed at PinSeekers. We are proud to have special kids-sized clubs for our little guests.
Yes. We strongly encourage you bring your own clubs but we also provide some clubs on a complimentary basis for all of our suites.
Yes. We are a full-service restaurant and a great place to meet with family and friends for a state-of-the-art entertainment experience with plenty to do outside of the suites.
We monitor the weather closely and based on the forecast we will determine if we should close or not. Both our locations are open year-round for food, drinks and fun indoors, even if the suites are closed due to weather.
Although we monitor for weather PinSeekers is not responsible for any injuries arising from players choosing to play in threatening weather. This includes high winds, rain, hail, snow drifts, thunder, and lightning. PinSeekers may close if the suites become unplayable and will allow cancellations in situations of inclement weather.
Pinseekers does not have a dress code, we just ask guest to keep in mind that we are a public establishment and reserve the right to admit or ask guests to leave.

Yes – we welcome guests to join us before or after their PinSeekers experience for some food and drinks at our full restaurant and bar.
Yes, at our Wisconsin location, all three floors are wheelchair accessible. The outdoor Putting course is ADA compliant at 18 of the 36 holes. At our Tiffin location both floors are wheelchair accessible as well as the outdoor Putting Course. Should you have any accessibility requirements or questions, please call the location of interest or include in your comments at time of booking.
