Each level of our facility has a prescribed tee height to balance guest safety and performance. While tee height can vary from one level to another, we do not provide alternative tee heights on any individual level.
We are excited to offer our services year-round. While the bays are covered, they are fully exposed to the weather and elements. Guests should prepare accordingly. Heaters at each bay provide supplemental comfort but will not accommodate for frigid temperatures.
Our suites can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people, whether they’re playing or not. This allows guests plenty of room to engage and interact within the suite comfortably. The hourly charge is based on suite, not by person.
We will always do our best to accommodate a request to extend your reservation time, however it is never a guarantee. Chat with our staff upon arrival if you believe you may want to extend your stay.
We would love to honor every request, and we will strive to do so. However, we can never guarantee a specific bay, location or level as this varies based on several factors like booking levels, events, and staffing.
You can book up to 30 days in advance, giving you plenty of time to reserve and plan for your visit.
Yes, we absolutely do and they are available to purchase here. Gift cards can also be purchased on-site at your local PinSeekers.
Yes, minors are welcomed at PinSeekers. We are proud to have special kids-sized clubs for our little guests.
In addition to the heated outdoor golf bays, we also offer an 18-hole putting course, mini bowling, and multi-sports simulators.
Pinseekers does not have a dress code, we just ask guest to keep in mind that we are a public establishment and reserve the right to admit or ask guests to leave.
Yes – we welcome guests to join us before or after their PinSeekers experience for some food and drinks at our full restaurant and bar.
Yes, at our Wisconsin location, all three floors are wheelchair accessible. The outdoor Putting course is ADA compliant at 18 of the 36 holes. At our Tiffin location both floors are wheelchair accessible as well as the outdoor Putting Course. Should you have any accessibility requirements or questions, please call the location of interest or include in your comments at time of booking.
