TERMS OF USE

WELCOME TO PINSEEKERS

As a state-of-the-art entertainment facility, we are thrilled to welcome you all to our venue. To ensure a fun and safe experience for all, please be advised we in place some rules for admittance that everyone must adhere to.  

By entering Pinseekers, you understand that you’re solely responsible of undertaking the use of any PinSeekers venue. You agree that you are voluntarily participating in activities and using the venues and premises, including the parking lot, and you assume all risk of injury, illness, damage or loss to you or your property that might result, including, without limitation, any loss or theft of any personal property. 

CODE OF CONDUCT

  • Sexist, racist, discriminatory, or harassing language, behavior, or content is NOT welcomed at Pinseekers. This includes guests and our staff members. Those in violation will be immediately removed and authorities will be notified.
  • Theft and property damage is not tolerated. Accused parties will be fined to cover the cost of stolen or damaged property.
  • Minors under the age of 12 MUST always be accompanied by an adult.
  • Pay attention to your backswing and be aware of your surroundings at all times (monitor, TV, wall, people, etc.) to ensure no one or obstacle is within your range of swing.
  • Swinging above the waist should always take place on the hitting area of the mat.
  • Practice swings must be done in between the yellow and red hazard lines.
  • Enter and exit the tee boxes with caution.
  • Report any accidents immediately to a staff member.
  • Throwing balls is strictly prohibited.
  • Those who are not hitting, please stay behind the red line at all time. Please take extra care when playing from the 2nd or 3rd level tee boxes.
  • Absolutely no running allowed anywhere in the venue.
  • It is a penalty to aim for range attendant, you may be asked to leave the facility if you do not adhere to this policy.
  • Golf balls should only be hit within specified areas in your tee box.
  • Golf balls may not be hit over our protective netting, in any direction.
  • Only one person is allowed to hit from the tee box at a time.
  • Do not place drinks or sit on ball dispensers.
  • Guests who consume alcoholic beverages shall do so responsibly, this includes a safe ride home. We have relationships with multiple transportation companies to ensure you and your party get home safely from Pinseekers. Please see a staff member if you need assistance getting home.
  • Vaping and smoking are not allowed anywhere inside our buildings and at the suites. You may do so outside and 10 feet away from the building.
  • There is no dress code however, we ask everyone entering our building to dress for the occasion!
  • Most importantly, have fun and do your best! We are in the business of offering enjoyable experiences to all our guests.
